The shuttle service is painfully infrequent during peak times!!! Spa etiquette is a joke with some guests blatantly ignoring the rules!!! The location is inconveniently distant from town, necessitating a long walk or a cab ride!!! Tough luck on the limited grocery store hours too!!!

Stunning spa and fab views!
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and loved every minute. The views from our balcony were unreal! The spa is super relaxing, seriously, we hit up the sauna every day. The location was peaceful, but you def have to plan for the shuttle times because they can be a bit tricky. an amazing family trip!

the apartment was super spacious, really stylish and had amazin views of the mountains. the staff were all so friendly, especially niko, who always helped us with everything! the spa area was fantastic, we loved using the saunas and the pool was nice too. shuttle service was great—never waited more than a couple mins. overall, an awesome place for a family ski holiday!
the location is a bit far from town so gotta plan ur trips into town well, and there are limited grocery store hours, which was kinda annoying.
